Products returned must be ordered directly from PEAK10SKIN .com.
We are unable to process returns or exchanges for any product purchased from one of our retail partners. All items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.
Products must be returned within 60 days of purchase (the date your order was shipped from our facility). Any items returned beyond this guarantee time frame will not be refunded, credited or returned.
All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Your returns should be sent via a traceable shipping method and the package should be insured for the cost of the items.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
PEAK 10 SKIN is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

All orders will have a tracking number for delivery conformation.
Orders placed on our website are fulfilled & delivered on Business days only. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
All ship times include a 1-2 day processing period. (Once an order enters the processing period it cannot be cancelled or changed)
Shipments to P.O. Boxes or rural areas may require additional shipping time regardless of shipping method.
